Terabyte Standard Plan

Includes all of the Basic plan and is for businesses who want to escape the reactive “break/fix” IT support model and want to save time, money, and IT frustration.

It includes proactive monitoring, a guaranteed response time for on-site calls, Help Desk support, and full reporting.

Terabyte Premium Plan

This is our top Managed Services solution that takes full responsibility for every aspect of maintaining and enhancing your IT systems.

It features all the benefits of the Standard plan, with even faster response times, inclusion of on-site support and full Help Desk support. Our Premium plan allows you and your staff to focus on the important tasks of running your business.

  • For our 3 plans, we operate on a month by month rolling contract.

  • With us there is no locking you in with a fixed term or annual contract.

  • You can upgrade and downgrade between the plans; just let us know your requirements.

  • Pricing within the plan is charged on a per device basis, and invoiced monthly.
